Mango Coconut Chia Pudding Parfait

Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 frozen mango cheeks (blended)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  1. Simply stir all ingredients and then leave in fridge overnight for at least 8 hours (the result will be a thick pudding consistency)
  2. In the morning, you can layer with fresh fruit and top with coconut yoghurt.
