Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 frozen mango cheeks (blended)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Simply stir all ingredients and then leave in fridge overnight for at least 8 hours (the result will be a thick pudding consistency)
- In the morning, you can layer with fresh fruit and top with coconut yoghurt.
