Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free
For the smoothie:
– 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 3 frozen bananas
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 tsp maca powder
*Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender/food processor and leave in the fridge until caramel topping ready.
– 10 pitted dates
– Drizzle of maple syrup or coconut nectar
– Tablespoon coconut oil
– Pinch of good quality sea salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
Top smoothie with caramel sauce/mixture and enjoy!
