Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free
- 1 beetroot (chopped up finely)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup water of unsweetened almond milk
*Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender/food processor*
& top with your favourie toppings!
Beetroot is a great vegetable to add into your smoothies for the nutritional value – eating beetroot in your diet can lower blood pressure, boost your stamina, fight inflammation and up your fibre intake.
