Açai Bowl


(Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free)


  • 1 tablespoon acai powder (or 1 packet frozen acai)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup water of unsweetened almond milk

    Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender/food processor

    Serve with favourite toppings – I served with fresh fruit and coconut flakes. Save time by using an empty watermelon bowls (no washing up!)
