Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free
1 cup gluten free oats (or quinoa flakes)
1 cup frozen strawberries (blended)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (blended)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Simply stir all ingredients together and leave overnight, for at least 8 hours. I served mine with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, goji berries, coconut yoghurt, almonds and coconut.
